Overnight, Pct 4 deputies were dispatched to a drive-by shooting at a residence at the 5000 blk of Roth Forest Ln. where shots were fired at the residence, from a 19-year-old male, striking a 35-year-old woman and her 11-yr-old son. The Female is in fair condition, the child is in serious condition. Investigators with HCSO Violent Crimes Unit/CSU are conducting follow-up. Sheriff’s detectives have arrested Keandre Jackson, 19, and have charged him with two counts of Aggravated assault. According to detectives, an argument ensued between juveniles at a separate residence. An 11-yr-old left the residence and was pursued by the other males wanting to instigate a fight, but the situation was temporarily calmed by a parent. Later, the drive-by shooting takes place at the victim’s residence. Jackson is said to be an older relative of the juvenile males involved in the original altercation between the juvenile and males.
