Precinct 4 Constables Arrest Two Suspected Drug Dealers in Champion Forest Area

On March 10, 2021, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop in the 11600 block of Champion Forest Drive. The driver was identified as Ethan Huynh and the passenger as Joe Castaneda (both pictured below)

During a probable cause search of the vehicle, deputies located 17 ounces of Marijuana, 38 ounces of Edibles, 21.5 grams of Xanax and 10 grams of THC Oil. Furthermore, Castaneda was also found to have a loaded firearm between his seat and the center console.

"They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Ethan Huynh was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. His bond was set at $2,500.00 out of the 263rd District Court. Joe Castaneda was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. His total bond was set at $2,600.00 out of the 263rd District Court and County Court 7."  said onstable Mark Herman
