We are thrilled to reopen our doors and welcome everyone back into the Museum on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 with regular visiting hours. At Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMH), we are devoted to community health and safety through our updated COVID-19 safety protocols. The following guidelines were made in direct response to current CDC recommendations for low-level community spread:

Social distancing is encouraged in all indoor spaces.
Face masks are encouraged, though not required, when in the Museum for all visitors ages 3 and older. The Museum will also provide free masks at the front desk.
Washing your hands and using hand sanitizer before arriving and throughout your visit is encouraged. Hand sanitizer is available at the Museum’s entrance.
Persons who are feeling ill or who have been recently exposed to COVID-19 within the past two weeks are asked to visit at a later date.
These guidelines will be active upon the Museum’s reopening on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. All guidelines are subject to change in direct response to current caseloads and recommendations in Harris County.
