The Signorelli Company proudly announces Texas-based liquor retailer, Goody Goody Liquor will be opening a new location at Valley Ranch Town Center later this year. The thriving mixed-use development will mark the third location for Goody Goody Liquor in the Greater Houston area.
“Our new store in New Caney is positioned in a prime location at the intersection of I-69 and Grand Parkway,” said Scott Jansen, vice president of Goody Goody Liquor. “We are excited to bring our boutique, big box concept to the community, with low prices, expert customer service, and grand selection of products.”
Founded in 1964 in Dallas, Goody Goody Liquor currently operates 22 stores across the state. The regional retailer offers a worldwide selection of wine, beer, liquor, and other products that help consumers celebrate all of life’s moments.
“We are excited to have Goody Goody take over a portion of a building in the heart of the development” stated Jay Young, vice president of commercial for the Signorelli Company. “This is a highly credible retailer who will not only be filling a void of liquor and spirit retailers in the area, but also bring value as a family owned and operated company known for their low prices and impeccable service.”
The new store will anchor a 130,000 square foot building adjacent to Hobby Lobby and near the newly announced Target store. Goody Goody Liquor joins over 60 best-in-class local and national restaurants, shopping, and entertainment destinations including Kroger Marketplace, Academy, TJ Maxx, Ross, MOD Pizza, Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, Olive Garden, and Cinemark.
