The Art of Wining and Dining is set for Sunday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Sugar Land Town Square.
The event is a perfect way to enjoy a Sunday with a taste of brunch and bubbly and celebrate the start of summer.
A variety of bites from popular Sugar Land restaurants will include Jupiter’s famous chicken and waffles, Salata’s delicious wraps and salads, a savory dish from The Burning Pear, Chipotle’s bold Mexican flavors, sweet treats from Kilwin’s and The Sweet Boutique and more. A brunch wouldn’t be complete without vibrant tunes to fill the atmosphere; Danny Ray andamp; Acoustic Production’s will party with the brunch crowd throughout the event. Additional special touches will include photo opportunities, a chalk art competition with onsite registration, local artisans displaying handcrafted goods, caricature artists, balloon artists and much more.
Restaurants will compete for the honor of “Sugar Land’s Best Indulgence,” to be awarded by a panel of judges, and attendees will be able to participate by casting their vote for the “People’s Choice” award.
Onsite entertainment will be free, while food samples and beverages require tickets ranging from $10 to $25. The brunch portion of the event is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and other non-ticketed entertainment will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit www.sugarlandtx.gov/AWDTickets.
