Come have some fun with us this summer and develop your rugby skills through games and activities with our SaberCats players!

What to bring: 

- Water Bottle

- Sunscreen

- Mouth Guard (recommended)

- Rugby boots or soccer cleats

- Healthy Snack / Lunch

- Towel

- Swimsuit

- Change of dry clothes

- Hat

- Extra socks (feet get sweaty and causes blisters)

Each day we will start off with a warm up, focus on building a specific skill set, play various rugby related games to work on specific skills, snack/lunch break, and a water game after our break. We like to have fun, so we will also be throwing in a few random non rugby games to play around with.
