Investigators need the public’s help in identifying a driver that intentionally ran over a man in north Harris County.
They are releasing surveillance video of the incident.
On Saturday March 12, 2022, a man entered the Home depot parking lot located in the 22300 block of Kuykendahl Rd at around 7:35 a.m.
The 53-year-old man was walking from his vehicle to the entrance of the store, when a white colored Lexus Rx 350 is seen coming down the main entrance drive towards the store.
As the man walks toward the entrance, the suspect vehicle is observed coming into the direct path of the man. The male tries to get out of the path of the vehicle, but the driver follows him and strikes him with the SUV.
The car then fled back towards the Kuykendahl exit.
The driver is described as a Hispanic male age unknown. The Lexus is white in color a RX 350 2018-or later and has a black colored cooler/luggage rack on the back of the vehicle.
