First America Homes, the award-winning homebuilding division of the Signorelli Company, is revealing a new model home in Granger Pines with a family event featuring “The Veteran Monster Truck.”  Saturday, February 26th, guests can visit the Conroe community from 12pm-3pm to enjoy photos with the Monster Truck, face painting, and refreshments as they tour the new floor plan.

The new model home is the first of the builder’s newest Magnolia Collection.

We selected Granger Pines to reveal this new model because the floor plans are inspired by country, cottage style elements, and the Magnolia Collection perfectly complements the community’s beauty and serenity,” says Dave Barnhart, Division President of First America Homes.

Granger Pines is a new-home community zoned to the highly acclaimed Conroe ISD, with the Ruben Hope Elementary School just a short walk from the new section, along with a community park and trail system, acres of preserved open space, and a beautiful 6-acre lake.  The community recently received the Greater Houston Builder Association’s Community of the Year Award for 2021.

First America Homes will offer over 100 homes in this new section, with floorplan choices priced from the low $240s. The designs range from 1,384 to over 2,000 square feet and boast open-concept common areas, 3-tone exteriors, and options for expansive covered patios.

The event will take place at the homebuilder’s sales center at 16801 Needlepoint Drive in Conroe, TX.
