About the Job: ** You will become a part of the Cheesemakers.com creative team, you will be responsible for driving the power and potential of our Dustless Blasting product line and brand on a global level. From social media, web, email, trade shows, and marketing collateral, you will have the opportunity to give a voice to the Cheesemakers.com brand and communications.

The Position

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded and experienced designer skilled in both web and print design. You must have a passion for design and detail while maintaining brand standards and consistency. Working within the marketing department, you will be a vital resource throughout the company offering your expertise and advice on creative concepts and design best practices.

You will be responsible for establishing the design vision and executing design solutions, from concept to completion, across multiple channels -- including digital, print, web/mobile design, and marketing deliverables.

Must be able to keep the computer Hardware and Software up to date with support of Contract IT company.

You must have a strong understanding of www.wordpress.org and responsive web design that will display properly on any device.

Responsibilities

Must be on call for Tech Support to keep office computers running.
Working hands-on to design creative, innovative expressions of the Cheesemakers.com brand across web, print, mobile, and video
Presenting design solutions and feedback to peers and executives
Generating strong, inspiring, strategic design concepts
Interpret company needs and develop concepts to suit specific guidelines.
Interface with printers and various external vendors.
Manage and maintain our websites and keep content updated and fresh.

Skills and Experience

-VALID DRIVER LICENSE **

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Wordpress, Premier, etc) REQUIRED
4 years minimum experience in graphic and web design Word Press, Gravity Forms REQUIRED

4 Years minimum of E-mail Marketing like Swiftpage Automated Drip Marketing Campaigns. Please watch this Webinar: https://bit.ly/2UJnxG2
Telemarketing and ability to talk on the phone to customers to assist in sales.
Attention to detail and ability to follow through - Good Project Management Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic, strong organizational skills, excellent coordination and time management skills
Solution oriented, hard worker who is passionate about visual design and marketing.
Professional and positive attitude
Ownership; youand#39;re able to own a sizable part of a project without much oversight, and youand#39;re comfortable with ambiguity and changes in direction
