An immersive bar and restaurant, Flight Club, opened its first Houston location Feb. 10 at 3515 W. Dallas St., Ste. 100, Houston

According to a Feb.1 press release, the new concept has specialty drinks, a curated menu from a team of chefs, 10 game areas and two private event spaces.

In a statement, Alan Cichon, president of Flight Club’s U.S. operator, State of Play, described the venue as “a first-of-its-kind concept in Houston that brings people together over laughs, delicious food, refreshing cocktails and ... a bit of friendly competition.”

The Houston location is Texas-sized—big, bold and full of excitement,” Cichon said.

In each oche, the area behind the dart board, 12 people can play at once. The oches can also be networked together, according to the release. Flight Club’s technology allows groups of guests to score, match and connect across multiple dart boards throughout the bar. When networked, groups of up to 300 can play against each other.

The bar’s innovations also allow patrons to play modern versions of dart games such as Demolition, Donkey Derby, and Snakes and Ladders. For each game “the computer vision systems utilize cameras and complex mathematical models” allowing it to know where the dart was thrown, according to the release.

Flight Club is open Mondays through Thursdays from 4-11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from noon-1 a.m. and Sundays from noon-9 p.m.
