For more than 50 years, Humble Backyard has existed as a bar on the northside of Houston area in Humble just off Beltway 8 and Hwy 69. Recently, when Covid-19 shutdowns turned disaster into opportunity,  the folks at Pitmaker BBQ  and Backyard Group LLC, combined to turn this local watering hole into what can best be described as a necessary food, drink and entertainment experience. The mostly outdoor restaurant/bar/venue has been fully "deckedand#39; out with an incredible backyard patio-style vibe that is both comfortably homey and begging for a party. 

The atmosphere is uniquely "Humble" in its appearance and vibe, though somewhat familiar if you are a regular at some of the Midtown Houston, East Downtown (EADO) and Heights area craft beer haunts. Itand#39;s kind of like someone took the inner-loop cool and dropped it on a plot of land that would normally be considered anything but. Houston business owners have always been known for taking creative chances with less-than desirable locations and turning them into something quite attractive and thatand#39;s exactly what the folks from Pitmaker and Backyard Group LLC have done here.

Did we mention Humble Backyard has live music? The place has a great outdoor stage for live music regularly from mostly Houston area local and regional bands of all musical styles with a tendency to lean towards a roots, Americana and rock direction.
